Information The Club has an open membership policy which does not restrict membership on the basis of race, sex, religion, or creed. All new members must pay annual dues and must successfully complete the Club & Safety Orientation Seminar prior to being issued a membership badge and being considered in good standing. All members must display their membership badge at all times while on the property. If you do not have your card displayed, you can be asked to leave. Members in good standing may bring guests to use the club facilities.
How To Join The Club & Safety Orientation includes a facilities orientation and instructions in Range Rules and General Safety Regulations. Completion of this orientation seminar is mandatory for all new members prior to issuance of a membership badge. This seminar is scheduled as required, and is open to invited applicants only. The Orientation includes:
Indoor Pistol Range The Indoor Pistol Range is for qualified club members only, club sanction shoots, and league shooting. A member may qualify for use of this range by hitting a standard 50 foot target with five (5) consecutive shots that are witnessed by the Safety Committee Chairperson or his/her designee. Upon successful demonstration of shooting proficiency, the member will be given an Indoor Range key. There is a daily use fee of $3.00 for each person using the Indoor Range. The Club may waive this fee for club sanctioned shoots. Family members of range qualified club members may also qualify for range use. The same qualification method will be used. Once qualified, the family member will be issued a Pistol Range Badge and they may only use the range only when accompanied by the regular qualified member. This pertains to both indoor rifle and/or pistol, and the card will be so marked to indicate the permitted use. |
